Tasks
Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as Intern Customer Relationship Management withing its Marketing team.
- Support on the internal and external data reporting and analysis (Data Quality, Sales Funnel Management, Marketing Campaign Management).
- Collaborate with the sales team on follow ups to ensure database cleanliness and customer purchase satisfaction surveys submissions are completed on time.
- Follow up on eDMs calendar schedule and support with the development of the design and layout.
- Provide assistance in events invites, RSVP consolidation and onsite event registration for customers.
- Assist with Connect follow ups enquiries with CIC team.
- Follow up on various customer relationship building programmes such as birthday cards, campaigns and activations.
- Support in coordination of business processes between Porsche Singapore and its stakeholders.
- Assist and support the Customer Relationship Management team in their daily operations.
- Undergraduate in Business Administration, Customer Relations, marketing or any other relevant studies
- Past internship experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently
- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
