Job Description
Project Description: Product health and quality are maintained through close monitoring of the process outputs in the form of SPC and FDC charts. In this project, a new method will be developed to converge data generated from various measurements steps and process tools for earlier drift detection of product critical metrics. The student will have the opportunity to learn and apply industrial data analytics, modeling, simulation and optimization skills to solve complex multi dimensional problems and bring real impact on the state-of-arts semiconductor manufacturing process. The intern will also have opportunity to participate to an end-to-end solution development team to contribute ideas and learn from industrial subject experts.
