Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.You will be assisting the Data & AI team in their day-to-day operations, business-as-usual (BAU) processes and other data-related tasks.ResponsibilitiesBuild a robust and scalable Enterprise Data Platform for batch/real-time data processing and machine learning modelDevelop data processing pipelines for ingestion, modelling, analysis, mining and reporting with SQL, Spark, PythonSolve technical challenges posted to the Enterprise Data PlatformCollaborate with CapitaLand\xe2\x80\x99s Infrastructure, Business Analysts, and the Data Science team for data engineering support and development/deployment of machine learning modelsSupport data management projects when needed and perform additional data-related tasksRequirementsPreferred studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronical Engineering, or related disciplinesStrong programming experience in SQL, Python, or other programming languagePossess a strong willingness to learn on the job continuously, embracing new and varied technologies that are centered around all aspects of data managementExperience with Hadoop, Hive, and Spark will be advantageousGood collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and partner with business stakeholdersClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
