What will you do?

As part of the Instrument and Enterprise Services (IES) team, you\'ll have the opportunity to join a community of aftermarket sales specialists who are committed to their customers and working in a fast-paced environment. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we enable you to work cross functionally to provide analytical expertise, commercial process excellence while developing your professional skills at the same time.

• Utilize reporting tools eg. Power BI to provide insights driving business decisions (trending, patterns, predictive modeling)
• Understand business needs with business and/or management team and translates requirements into BI dashboards from complex data for commercial analytics
• Support business reviews through reports preparation to facilitate the team on effective/successful presentations
• Autonomously and efficiently manage priorities and workload

How will you get here?

Education

• Currently studying or Tertiary qualification in Data Science & Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or relevant quantitative field

Experience

• Excel, PPT
• Exposure or understanding the use of BI tool (Power BI)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Excel Skills (Eg. Pivot, lookup, formulas)
• Advantageous if have prior experience with Power BI
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for ongoing improvement

• Hands-on technical experience with building reports and visualization using real business data

• Good knowledge on how a service business works
