Job Responsibilities

• Assist to update website content such as text copy and digital assets using content management system \xe2\x80\x93 Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), based on best practices.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage various teams\xe2\x80\x99 website requests
• Conduct research to enhance website UI/UX to improve website visitor\xe2\x80\x99s experience and meet stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
• Assist the team with website analytics through tracking and reporting
• Assist the team in implementing enhancements to knowledge management hub
• Support the team on ad-hoc projects where required

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Digital Analytics, Computer Science or any related IT, programming or web development discipline.
• Preferably possess knowledge of

• least 1 programming language such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Design and web tools, e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, MySQL database/Google Firebase, Mongo DB
• An analytical, meticulous and detailed oriented self-starter who is able to work independently and deliver quality work on time
