Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.ResponsibilitiesSupport in the day-to-day operations and resolve open issues per operational guidelinesPerform authoring of content using reusable components and templates for CapitaLand\xe2\x80\x99s public facing websites and applications using Adobe Experience ManagerRun and execute regression and UAT testing for the team\xe2\x80\x99s projects and operationsAssist on administrative tasks such as raising tasks for account permissions, account setupConduct Data-entry task clean upInteract with business users to provide administrative and operational support for existing websites and applicationsCoordination with both internal stakeholders (i.e. BUs) and external parties (i.e. vendors) to resolve roadblocks in projectsEnsure and upkeep proper and up-to-date documentation of project deliverables and processesWorking with the operations team and communicate and coordinate open tasks and aim to resolve and close these tasks on time Perform other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsPreferred studies in Information Systems or any other related disciplinesContent management system knowledge is preferred Experience in using FIGMA tool is a bonusPrior project management skills would be an advantageClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
