Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation and customization of solutions according to business requirementsSupport the development and maintenance of configurations, workflows, and process automationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for projectsAssist in testing and quality assurance activities for Salesforce applications, including user acceptance testingAssist in data management tasks, including data cleansing, data migration, and data integrity maintenanceParticipate in the analysis and optimization of workflows to improve efficiency and effectivenessAssist in documenting technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides for Salesforce solutionsProvide user training and support for end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionRequirementsPreferred studies in Information Systems or any other related disciplinesUnderstanding of basic database concepts and data management principlesKnowledge of basic programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS would be an advantageStrong problem-solving skills and detail-orientedExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quicklyClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
