Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.ResponsibilitiesAssist in IT procurement process (Requirement gathering, research, documentations, approval, etc)Assist in IT project managers in project delivery or vendor managementCoordinating with various teams among CapitaLand as well as with vendors and business usersAssist in Technology evaluation and assessmentsAssist in requirement gathering sessions, including user journey mapping and facilitating workshopsPerform other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsPreferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems or any other related disciplinesProficiency in MS Office suite, SharePointBasic understanding of UI/UX principles and creative design skillsMeticulous attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelinesStrong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentGood project management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with project management methodologiesKnowledge of AI and automation technologiesClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
