Support project delivery
- Assist in the design of functional and technical solutions and conduct impact analysis
- Monitor and track project delivery timeline to ensure timely lunch of new feature or product
- Participate in testing to ensure quality of solutions
- Monitor and track product performance and document for management reporting
Research emerging technologies
- Research and evaluate emerging technology, retail industry and market trends to assist in project development
- Analyse cost versus benefits, risks, impact and technology priorities
- Provide recommendations on emerging technology
