Job summary

This position will report to the Digital Project Manager and provides support in the establishment of new digital standards for the Bank and drive the implementation of the related projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support the below tasks, but not limited to: -

• Engage stakeholder(s) to recommend and justify new initiatives, and work on the conceptualisation, design, procurement, implementation, deployment of the initiatives.
• Manage and execute the projects delivery in collaboration with our IT partners.
• Assess and apply the right project management methodologies to ensure project timelines are met.
• Promote the adoption of new services across the Bank\'s teams and businesses through communication and training.
• Track and organize the controls ensuring the appropriate use of new services deployed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an intern to join us from July 2023 onwards, for a minimum of 6 months commitment.

Please note that this is an internship that may require you to defer from university studies for the period of the assignment. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

• Tertiary or Graduate student pursuing a Bachelor Degree in relevant studies;
• strong IT skills (VBA, RPA, and other coding language);
• be a strong team player;
• solution-oriented by proposing innovative ideas (quick wins and long term solutions);
• be humble and receptive to advices from the seniors in the team;
• be able to collaborate with stakeholders from the business units;
• have good research, investigative and analytical skills, and attention to details possess mental toughness and be committed to quality work;
• have good verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills;
• have good organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills;
• be a self-motivated, self-initiated creative problem-solver who enjoys working in a bank environment.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore and do not require sponsorship for employment visa during the period of internship
