Responsibilities

Support Digital Technology team with projects related to documenting user guides and standard operating procedures, presentation slides, creating user acceptance test scripts.

Support Digital Technology Lead in the discovery and execution of digital initiatives. Eg: Microsoft 365 related automation and migration from existing SharePoint to SharePoint Online.

Collaborate and liaise with key users on status update.

Assist in developing reports and dashboard e.g., ServiceNow.

Support organization in ad-hoc company events, as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in computing science, business analysis or related IT discipline.

Familiar with project management and SDLC (software development life cycle) methodologies.

Knowledge of business analysis techniques in the areas of process mapping, root cause analysis.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Independent, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform apps such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Query is a plus.

Learning Outcome

Exposure in Aerospace repair services industry

Acquire practical knowledge in business analysis e.g., Swimlane process mapping and SIPOC (Supply, Input, Process, Output and Customer)

Better communications and collaboration skills to interact with multi-functional teams.

Gain intermediate to Advanced level Excel skills and learn Microsoft 365 application.

Acquire knowledge of applying IT in enterprise context.
