What you will be working on:
What you will be working on:
The intern will support NACLI's Digital and Training Communications unit to enhance our training outreach and brand presence through marketing and social media initiatives. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communication design and content curation for social media and learning platforms, while developing valuable planning and critical thinking skills through diverse projects that allow you to unleash your creativity.
Work scope include:

• Proposes social media opportunities/trends to identify fresh content ideas and concepts that NACLI can harness to increase outreach and mindshare
• Works closely with the Comms team to produce innovative and engaging social media content, including video interviews, and creates strong call-to-action messaging
• Develops bite-sized learning content to communicate NACLI's work, mission, and training objectives through its social media and other digital platforms
• Integrates the NACLI mascot into social media content to enhance audience engagement and reinforce branding efforts
• Works closely with the Comms team to conceptualise publicity plans and campaign for the launch of the Community Gallery
• Supports the Institute's learning and 'on-campus' publicity initiatives, e.g. production of learning aids, course EDMs, and posters
• Contributes to NACLI's ongoing social media engagement efforts and supports onsite photography and videography to build NACLI's digital media repository

What are we looking for:

• Strong interest or experience in communications, including social media
• Adept in digital content creation with working knowledge of Adobe Creative software
• Has a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, preferably with experience in videography and photography
• Proactive and resourceful individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to commit for a minimum period of 12 weeks
