Job Responsibilities:Assist to review existing guest touch-points and identify opportunities to digitalise them via ASR app, self-service kiosks or new digital platforms or RPA and A.I. Assist to review existing operations/ back-of-house/ staff touch-points and identify opportunities to optimise them through digitalisation or RPA or A.I. Assist to source and/or research potential solutions or vendors for identified opportunities for digitalisation or RPA or A.I. Assist in project management and rollout of solutions

Job Requirements:Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Analyst, Business, Business Management, Hospitality, IT, Info Systems or equivalent Proficient in MS Office. Individual who is analytical, detailed and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Team player who is also a self-starter. Work/academic experience in the following areas will be an advantage: Project management roles, Hospitality, Mobile app development, RPA development, Business, A.I.
