Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.You will be assisting the Digital Ventures team in their daily operations and get to experience venture building activities.ResponsibilitiesAssist in research and analytical workPerform business development tasks such as identifying business opportunities, validating assumptions, refining business models, and charting the optimal path for the venturesAssist in coordinating with business partners and engaging stakeholdersPerform any other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplinesPreferably experienced in business presentations e.g. management consulting, startup pitching, business development, marketingPrior knowledge of financial modelling will be a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsProactive and resourceful, with an inquisitive mindPossesses an entrepreneurial and analytical mindsetAble to work independentlyClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
