Your opportunity

• Analyze third party reports (market research) for management reporting purposes to help in fund launches or competitor analysis.
• Use a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce) to build reports and help manage the sales process with alignment to best practices.
• Assist with the preparation of client events, roadshows and portfolio managers visit.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the team.
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

• University student from a tertiary institution in Singapore, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a similar field.
• Possess an interest in mutual funds and a basic understanding of the asset management/private banking industry
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to details

For those in scope of Knowledge & Competence (MiFID II)

• Knowledge of financial markets, financial markets function and the impact of economic figures and national/regional/global events on markets
• Understanding of issues relating to market abuse and anti-money laundering
• Annual attestation
