Purpose of Role
The eCommerce Product Development Rookie will play a key role in developing user-centric product features and implementing data analytics techniques to uncover trends and insights. This opportunity will provide invaluable hands-on experience in understanding the Scrum process and learning how to balance business requirements with customer needs when building new features. The Rookie will gain exposure to supporting the eCommerce retail business through data analysis and learn how to communicate effectively across a diverse organisation that spans multiple cultures, geographies, and preferences.
We will prioritize candidates who can commit to a full-time 6-month internship.
Your Impact

• Involved in end-to-end product feature development through Scrum process
• Identify trends and insights through data analytics techniques and iterate UIUX design based on findings.
• Utilize Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for Ecommerce and willingness to learn.
• Basic product UIUX understanding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics; Quantum Metrics and Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
