DI & IBM Readiness
To ensure that Engineering Standard compliance for all crafts (Mechanical, Electrical & Utility)
Risk Assessment assurances
Develop 5 \xe2\x80\x9cS\xe2\x80\x9d for Statutory program
Continuous Improvement to Engineering Planning and Scheduling system.
To enhance knowledge in engineering reliability by understanding and assessing failure mechanism for both static and dynamic equipment
To support for development, implement and governance of reliability strategy within engineering department and cross functional team
To support engineering compliance and engineer planner
To support engineering lead for investigation of deviation, RCA and CAPA plan
What are we looking for?
Educational background \xe2\x80\x93 Undergraduate studying Bachelor in Engineering \xe2\x80\x93 Mechanical / Electrical who is interested in learning more about equipment reliability and planning
Strong written and oral communications skills
Excellent English proficiency
A keen interest in production
Meticulous, organized, and dedicated
Apply his/her knowledge of engineering and learn soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.
