ResponsibilitiesGuide users on Saviynt access request submission Support in new entity onboarding Assist in user queries assigned to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Enterprise System Management (ESM) queue Creation of test user in UAT environment/user Password resets in target applications Conduct user data extraction from AD/iGrow for manual user onboarding Generate Saviynt reports on user role-mapping on an ad-hoc basis for HR, HODs, Audit departments Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
RequirementsPreferred studies in Infocomm Security Management, Cybersecurity or any other related disciplines Good time management skills and goal-oriented Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
