Job Description

The intern will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects related to in Process Automation within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry. They will gain exposure to a wide range of software and technologies. This will provide a unique chance to tackle real-world industry challenges and develop solutions that have a tangible impact on the company, showcasing the business value of their work.The intern would be responsible for:

• Collaborating closely with our automation engineering team.
• Understanding the requirements and design of process automation and system architecture, such as Process Control System (PCS) and Manufacturing Excellence System (MES).
• Participating in project platform upgrading and migration efforts.
• Performing various daily preventive maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Aiding in the design, development and testing of automation processes and tools, eg usage of programming for data analysis or troubleshooting.
• Assisting in document preparation for daily task and archival Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Participating in project platform upgrading and migration efforts.
• Liase with cross functional team for automation activities involving manufacturing, IT and quality.

In this internship you will:

• Grasp real-world applications of software in the world of manufacturing.
• Understand of Appreciate design decisions & considerations for advance process automation systems.
• Sharpen your ability to work in a team based and in a collaborative environment.
• Gain knowledge in cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) in the pharmaceutical industry.
