Job Description

At EY, we're all in to shape your future with confidence.
We'll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.
Join EY and help to build a better working world.
The Opportunity:
Purpose matters. It's the core of who we are as an organization. The way we bring purpose to life for our people, clients and communities sets us apart, and defines the legacy we'll leave.
At EY, we don't just believe businesses can and should do more to foster inclusive growth. We come to work every day and make it so. Our bold social impact ambition of "Building a better working world" is more than a rallying cry. It's a way of being.
What does that mean? We're proactively building and executing programs and relationships that enable our people to support the next generation, work with high-impact entrepreneurs, and advance environmental sustainability. We're fueling that mission by partnering with like-minded organizations on the right initiatives. And we're inspiring people across EY Singapore to play an active role in EY Ripples - a Global volunteer program that seeks to impact 1 billion lives by 2030.
When we work together to bring purpose to life, we can drive real change, advance communities, and address society's toughest challenges. Getting there requires a proactive, business-savvy marketing executive who can help develop and manage firmwide initiatives and engage EY people along the way. If you're as passionate and optimistic about the power of purpose as we are, you may just be our next Corporate Responsibility intern.
We're looking for a relationship developer, negotiator and project manager. As part of the Brand team, you'll work closely with EY Singapore's Corporate Responsibility team to build an effective, integrated plan to support our purpose-led initiatives, and connect them to firm priorities and other programs. This is a unique opportunity to help a best-in-class employer reinvent and elevate our impact strategy and unlock new ways to engage our people that moves them to action.

  • Explore and learn about digital tools and AI solutions that improve engagement, reporting, and storytelling.
  • Assist with ideation and facilitation of hackathons, innovation clinics, and youth mentoring pilots.
