Intern F10 Planning Industrial Engineering (pln Ie)
Job Description
Interns will assess the accuracy of the current multiplier-based planning system using historical data and explore alternative models for early-phase capacity planning. They will also work on improving the audit system to monitor and enforce sampling rate and duration limits. Learning Opportunities Interns will gain exposure to semiconductor manufacturing processes, data analysis techniques, and capacity planning methodologies. They will also develop skills in system auditing and process optimization. Deliverables Evaluation report on the current multiplier system; proposed alternative models for capacity planning; enhanced audit system to monitor sampling parameters and prevent capacity breaches. Impact of Project The project will improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency in defect analysis and metrology, ensuring better resource allocation and supporting continuous technology improvement. Data analysis and statistical modeling; proficiency in Excel, Python, or R; understanding of manufacturing workflows; ability to interpret historical trends and propose process improvements.
