Title: Intern QEM PQE YIELD
Description: Work on a project on developing and effective method or solution to improve the data analysis efficiently and accuracy.
Scope: In this project, the student will
xe2x88x92Learn on Overall Test Strategy, Test Operations and Processes for semiconductor memory manufacturing
xe2x88x92Familiarize with systems and application used in test manufacturing environment
xe2x88x92Learn on Test methodology and lot disposition system for low yield analysis.
xe2x88x92Develop an automation to improve data analysis efficiency and accuracy.
Deliverable: To be able to understand Test Manufacturing requirement and operations, basic semiconductor memory devices functionality and operations, test manufacturing systems, application, hardware and processes, perform basic data analysis, improve the analysis efficiency and accuracy To complete the project assignment within the timeline and meet the project objectives and deliverables.
Impact: You will innovate to solve challenges for next gen storage applications used in data centers
Skillset Required:
xe2x88x92Proficiency in scripting/programming/Analytics software, such as Python, Tableau, Perl, Power BI, etc. is desirable.
xe2x88x92Good communication skills (verbal and written), Problem-solving and time-management skills.
