It provides the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to learn new skills. The duration of the internship is 6 months, starting from 29 January 2024.

What will I be doing?

As the Intern, Feasibility & Investment Analysis - Asia Pacific (APAC), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Market / Proforma Analysis: The feasibility function primarily focuses on proposed hotels. A typical proforma analysis includes a site / hotel evaluation from the viewpoint of its utility for operation as a hotel, an analysis of the neighbourhood / city, understanding hotel demand patterns, determining a competitive set for the proposed hotel, investigating new supply entering the market, projecting hotel demand and average daily rate, and benchmarking costs against other Hilton properties, competitors, and industry standards.
• Investment Analysis & Valuations: The proforma serves as a basis for investment analysis and valuations, which support the decision-making process of our internal clients, which include Development, Real Estate & Asset Management, Operations, Finance, and Executive Management. Prepare memos summarizing projections and valuations and brief internal clients and Executive Management on methodology and findings as required.
• Underwriting Assumptions: Recording underwriting assumptions and assisting with Development Authority memos and Investment Committee documents, as required
• Research: Conduct research on a variety of hotel related topics and maintain databases of statistics and market research
• Financial Models: Utilize, maintain, and update sophisticated financial, supply-demand, and proforma models
• Meetings: Attend development, real estate, and other internal and stakeholder meetings as required
• Strategic Projects: Support the team\xe2\x80\x99s collaboration with other functions to deliver strategic analysis for various business priorities

• Learn to utilize Hilton\xe2\x80\x99s proprietary and industry leading financial models in completing detailed and complex financial analysis
• Get first-hand experience working on actual projects alongside our team of analysts
