What the role is:Internship Summary: Redesign of Finance Manual to Enhance Clarity of Policies and Improve User Experience Using a Thematic Approach Internship Description: We are offering an opportunity for a motivated and creative undergraduate student to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the redesign of our finance manual, focusing on enhancing the clarity of policies and procedures, and improving the overall user experience through a thematic approach. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in content design, thematic organization, and finance policy documentation. - Assist in reviewing the current finance manual to identify areas for improvement. - Contribute to the development of a thematic approach to organizing the finance manual, ensuring that policies and procedures are presented in a clear and user-friendly manner. - Support the creation of engaging and visually appealing thematic elements to enhance the overall user experience of the finance manual. - Participate in the iterative improvements of the finance manual based on management and user feedback. Learning Outcomes: During the internship, the Intern will have the opportunity to: - Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the specific policies and procedures. - Gain insight into the internal controls and governance structures that underpin financial policies and procedures. - Learn and apply thematic design principles to enhance the user experience of financial policy documentation. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on user pain points and areas for improvement. - Explore and utilise different content enhancement and visualisation application tools to refine the finance manual.What we are looking for:Internship Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in accountancy, finance, business administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in technical writing, content design, or information architecture with a focus on finance or related domains. - IT savvy and proficient in utilizing application tools for content enhancement and visualization, such as ChatGPT and Canva - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
