Responsibilities:
- Update daily cashflows
- Prepare quarterly shareholder loan interest rate notice
- Monitor loan/bond interest payment for interest advices and to update in SAP TRM
- Prepare emails on daily rates and update records accordingly
- Extract bloomberg figures for quarterly closing to compute mark-to-market values
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Preferred studies in Real Estate, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Knowledge on how to use the Bloomberg terminal will be advantageous
