• Develop an understanding of the various systems that are used for the reporting process e.g. SAP, HFM, Aspect, Veslink
• Participate in User Acceptance testing from Beyond Finance transformation and other business improvement projects that are implemented during that period
• Work with various commodities finance teams to support the update of existing standard operating procedures and desktop procedures for finance processes
• Support efforts to clean and improve data quality captured in SAP for Beyond Finance go-live
• Assist the team in meeting their month-end and half year reporting deliverables
• Provide assistance in the preparation of statutory financial statements, tax and other regulatory filings
• Understand how monthly SAP results are mapped and consolidated into HFM and seek opportunities to automate the data upload
• Streamline and simplify existing spreadsheets to improve the accuracy of the financial reporting process

Qualifications

• Be in the process of obtaining a degree in Finance or Accounting
• Be independent and able to multi-task and prioritise commitments
• Have strong communication and presentation skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft office suite
• Have a can-do attitude and strong ability to learn
