The Talent Acquisition team identifies individuals of the right fit and values to join the bank.Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an individual who is keen to gain end-to-end recruitment in the banking industry.

  • Screen and manage candidates' application process through various recruitment channels
Initiate and coordinate interview scheduling processEngagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely mannerAssist in applicants' progression in SuccessFactor/ Workday (ATS) to final stage prior to offer approvalsSupport our recruitment events and employer branding activitiesAd-hoc assistance in other recruitment related mattersJob RequirementsMinimum 6 months commitmentBachelor's students are preferredBe a part of UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
