Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will work closely with the Group Compliance team to aid in their day-to-day operations.ResponsibilitiesSupport periodic compliance reporting to the Senior Management and Audit and Risk CommitteeSupport the team lead in carrying out compliance independent reviewMonitor regulatory changes and identify the relevance and application to the GroupPerform gap analysis or benchmarking on the regulatory requirements against the internal control framework should there be any regulatory developmentsPrepare communication and e-learning materials to educate staff members on regulatory requirements or internal control framework which the management has put in placeParticipate in training sessionsPerform any other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Business, or any other related disciplinesGood command of written EnglishProficient in Microsoft OfficeGood communication skillsDetail-oriented and MeticulousClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
