As an intern in this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in change management and contribute to the successful implementation of our CRM program.Responsibilities:

  • Support the change management team in planning, executing, and monitoring change activities related to the C360 (CRM) Program.
  • Assist in conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify potential areas of resistance and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver change communication materials, including presentations, emails, and intranet updates.
  • Supporting in the material preparation
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to facilitate user adoption and ensure smooth transition to the new CRM system.
  • Assist in tracking and measuring the effectiveness of change management initiatives (eg marketing) , including conducting surveys and collecting feedback from end-users.
  • Support the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies to drive successful adoption of the CRM program.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in change management and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, digital marketing management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
