Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.You will assist the team in organising quarterly Sustainability Roadshows, monthly Brown Bags, as well as quarterly video creations and organising internal stakeholder engagement activities.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop content, programs, collaterals, communications, and processes for/with each group of stakeholders to bring the sustainability strategy to life, deepen stakeholder relationships and trust, and generate positive behavioral changes and innovative thinkingAssist in keeping sustainability content updated on the corporate websiteResearch, draft, and compile information for projects, events, and media requestsWork with CapitaLand\xe2\x80\x99s business units and corporate functions to ensure seamless and effective execution of stakeholder programs and activitiesBe involved in administrative coordination for projects or events and on-site supportMonitor, review, and report feedback to measure the effectiveness and impact of engagement in meeting the goals of the sustainability strategyPerform other related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assignedRequirementsPreferred studies in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other related disciplinesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAdept in design tools and applications such as Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong verbal and written skills with proficiency in EnglishInterest in project/event coordination and drafting/editing of write-ups will be a plusCreative and meticulousClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
