Job Responsibilities
Learning how UOB manages projects and change requests management focusing on SME banking.
Area of focus:
- Manage and understand the process on change requests
- Understand and elicit business requirement
- Project documentation
1. Information and Technology: Effective use of new techniques / standards / tools
2. Business Communication:
- Create clear, complete documentation
- Ability to write, listen and speak effectively, in person and online, to different audiences
3. Demonstrates the ability to work with people from different walks of life and appreciate different perspectives
4. Manage and Deliver Activities: Delivery work assignments of standard, quality and within timeline
5. Demonstrates the ability to analyse evidence and apply logicalnreasoning to develop effective and creative solutions to problems
6. Demonstrates the ability to manage own time, physical/mental health and financial resources
7. Demonstrates the ability to pursue own learning of new knowledge and skills
