- To investigate and ensure closure of customers complaints
- To ensure documentation, and the use of excel to monitor the day to day volume and filing are in accordance to Bank\'s policy
- To design and develop processes and aligning with the practical
- To follow up with respective parties to ensure their day to day are carry out in timely fashion
- Currently an undergrad student studying Finance, Forensic Science or Economics
- 3 months internship starting ASAP
