Learning Points & Responsibilities

You will:

\xc2\xb7 Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all residents are attended to at the Front Desk

\xc2\xb7 Issue apartment access key cards

\xc2\xb7 Attend to and anticipate all guests\' queries and needs

\xc2\xb7 Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist guests in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements

\xc2\xb7 Manage guests\xe2\x80\x99 accounts, information and apartment availability in the system

\xc2\xb7 Perform simple bookkeeping

\xc2\xb7 Make and confirm reservations

\xc2\xb7 Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests

\xc2\xb7 Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all SOPs and PNPs are adhered to and carried out based on organization standards.

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of arrival guest, tip top room inspection and extend personalized checks in and checks out.

\xc2\xb7 Perform good and pleasant PR skill with internal and external guest.

\xc2\xb7 Welcome guest on arrival and assist them during their stay which includes enquiries (e.g. local attraction / dining reservation) and feedbacks.

\xc2\xb7 Perform check-out and other cashiering tasks accurately and ensure cashier work are tallies before end of shift.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor Club Lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain cleanliness and condition of the entire Club Lounge.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail period at the Club Lounge is being set up before schedule time.

\xc2\xb7 Check inventories and requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to Club Lounge set-up area as required.

\xc2\xb7 Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.

\xc2\xb7 Good problem-solving skills on guest\xe2\x80\x99s feedback and escalate to the next inline if is beyond your empowerment.

\xc2\xb7 Able to train and guide newly onboarding colleagues and process good leadership skills.

\xc2\xb7 Perform related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

You have:

\xc2\xb7 Possess a good command of spoken and written English.

\xc2\xb7 Pay attention to details;

\xc2\xb7 Excellent team player and service-oriented

\xc2\xb7 Passion in learning a variety of tasks, including handling paperwork

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to perform shifts
