He/she is required to respond to employee queries that are related to HR related matters.He/she enjoys working in a team environment and interacts proactively with various stakeholders. He/She has a service-oriented mindset and can adapt to various forms of technology within his/her workspace to enhance his/her work. He/She is resourceful, eager to explore and analyse problems, and is able to communicate information in a clear and concise manner to meet others\' needs at the workplace. He/she is a detail-oriented person who is accountable and maintains accuracy in his/her work.
