Provide coordination support for in-house employee orientation and other training activities
Coordinate training courses\' related matters, such as slides preparation, course registration, collation of participant list, etc.
Preparing of bond/MSP letters for training sponsorships
Provide support in updating and/or maintaining the HR Intranet
Respond to employees\' queries on training requests/queries
Coordinate internal meetings
Provide assistance for e-Learning portal
2. HR Management
Provide support in the recruitment process which includes screening of candidates, interview scheduling, perform and follow up on reference checks, sending of rejection emails etc.
Perform Primary Source Verification for staff
Ensure interns\' on-boarding and off-boarding arrangements are completed
Provide support for HR Clinics/HR Roadshows at polyclinics
Provide support in updating and/or maintaining HeaRtbeat (HR monthly newsletter)
Respond/refer employee requests/queries to appropriate parties promptly
Prepare for and assist in Career Fairs which includes designing of simple collaterals
Assist in employee wellness related activities and logistics
Others
Management of inventory and issuance of corporate t-shirts/gifts
Perform data entry and filing of records
Provide assistance to respective project leads for projects*
*projects may range from staff health screening programme, recruitment/career fair, polyclinic open house etc., depending on internship date and duration. Further details to be shared during interview for specific projects that coincide with internship period.
