Plan and execute company events, activities, and communication sessions to enhance employee engagement
Assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings, screening candidates for suitability, and setting up interview schedules
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding procedures by ensuring a smooth implementation and a pleasant experience
Support in managing employee and intern relations by handling any concerns or issues in order to promote a positive workplace
Participate in policy updates and documentation to ensure relevance and take part in executing any HR policy changes
May undertake an HR project to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications
Study in Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Open-minded, organized, analytical and quality-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
Past internship experience preferred
