Clean and analyze HR data (leave, attrition, headcount, etc.) across Malaysia, Singapore Dealership, Indonesia, and Oceania
Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards for management decision-making
Plan, propose, execute, and review employee engagement activities
Conduct research and assessments for employee engagement and workplace improvement
Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and evaluate training providers
Support HR system implementation and related project deliverables
Assist with various HR ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
