Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and update the ATS
• Assist with job postings on various job boards
• Support administrative tasks within the HR department, including submission of invoices, prepare HR reports and daily ad-hoc tasks
• Support the planning of activities/events in office (Chinese New Year, End Of Year party etc)
• Provide support with additional tasks as needed by the team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Management or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Positive and enthusiastic, with a strong willingness to work collaboratively and actively engage with others.
