Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will assist the Investment & Portfolio Management team under CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited with data analysis and reporting, as well as research and other REITs ad-hoc activities.ResponsibilitiesAssist in data analysis of property operations and asset performance trackingProvide assistance in management reporting and quarterly business updates for investorsConduct market research on SREIT and macroeconomic developmentsAssist in investment and divestment activities such as the preparation of feasibility study, teasers and information memorandumsPerform other ad-hoc projects as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related disciplinesProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointAble to multi-task and deliver work on time and accuratelyDetail-oriented and meticulousClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
