Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.As part of the Investor Relations team of CapitaLand Investment Limited, you will be involved in various projects including annual reports, preparation for financial results and business updates announcements, and investorsxe2x80x99 events.ResponsibilitiesSupport the timely delivery of regular deliverables such as quarterly financial reports, annual reports, stock market analysis, and financial marketing collateralsAssist in the preparation of investor profiles and presentation materials ahead of investor meetingsProvide miscellaneous event-related support in all events organised by the investor relations department e.g. AGM, retail investor engagement eventsAssist the team in developing content for various internal materials including research, daily market updates, peer studies, and ad-hoc information requests from other departmentsPerform any ad-hoc tasks as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or any other related disciplinesProficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to multi-task and deliver work on time and accuratelyDetail-oriented and meticulousWell-organised and able to multi-taskPossess a basic level understanding of real estate, finance and/or accountingClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
