Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.You will be supporting the Investor Relations team at CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd (CLINTMPL).ResponsibilitiesSupport in investor relations events such as conferences and AGMAssist in the preparation of investor relations communications materials such as slides and factsheetsParticipate in the logistics planning for the AGMAssist in maintaining and updating the investor relations database, which includes managing contact lists and information for investors and analystsPerform any other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Media & Communications, Business Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplinesProficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelAble to multitaskDetail-oriented and meticulousStrong interpersonal and communication skillsClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
