Thales today employs over 2,100 people in Singapore across all its business areas.Introduction:You will be with the Information Systems department of Thales in Singapore. This role will be part of the IS/IT Governance Team in Asia.In your assignment, you will be working with the team in Singapore and across Asia to manage the communication material to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with IT and CSR Department on providing administrative support and branding-related projects.
• Pre-event and on-ground support at events.
• Content creation for internal articles, newsletters for events and activities.
• Design work for posters and other collateral.
• Create video and digital content, including photography, filming and editing.

• Assist to communicate complex and technical issues to relevant stakeholders, in writing and easily understood manner.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experienced with creative design and marketing.
• Good understanding of governance or technology functions will be a plus.
• Strong self-motivation, proactiveness and great attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office portfolio, and comfortable with any video-editing software.
