We are looking for motivated IT Deskside Engineer Interns to join our technical support team. This internship offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting, user support, and IT operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to end-users via various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
- Assist in account setup, password resets, and system access support.
- Support IT equipment setup, configuration, and deployment.
- Document incidents and resolutions using IT service management tools.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Keen interest in IT support and systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Able to commit a 5 weekday internship attachment with a minimum commitment of 5 months. Immediate availability is welcomed.
