Job Responsibilities
Create documentation of troubleshooting guides on servers, network, application and client devices with guidance from SMEs
Track and manage versions of documents
Consolidate and manage all such technical documents in a centralized storage location provided by the company
Develop and implement processes for document control
Ensure proper categorization and organization of documents
Participate in meetings and record, review and distribute minutes of meetings
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements
Experience
Familiarity with basic documentation tools is a plus
Other Prerequisites
Meticulous, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation
Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying gaps and proposing improvements
