Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Singapore Ltd. provides customers with a range of mobility options from financing and leasing to insurance and fleet management.
1. Work with business user to ensure requirements for updating systems are raised in a ticket and assigned to respective team. Jira, CISM, Servicenow
2. Work with Support teams and coordinate and ensure timelines and discussions are properly responded. Manage and coordinate understanding issues and gaps between business and support teams
a. Manage and track items that are chargeable and will require raising of PR/PO
b. Track invoices
3. Perform implementation when the deliveries are made
a. Raise tickets for UAT then PRD deployment
i. Local application that will require deployment will be performed by the person him/herself
b. Manage and coordinate the parallel testing on systems that are in scope of change
c. Perform sign-off with users that change is done
4. Adhoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Working hours/days:
8 hours per day, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Preferably student who is keen to commit for a period of 6 months.
Required skills/experience:
- Good communication skills
- Able to multitask
