About the Role

Join Catalyse, the advisory, corporate consulting and training arm of AWARE (Association of Women for Action and Research), Singapore's leading advocacy group for gender equality. Since 2010, we have led the charge in promoting diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces, primarily in Singapore with expanding influence across Asia. As a Junior Executive at Catalyse, you'll make a real impact while gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Successful interns may also transition to a full-time position.


This position is a full-time role for a minimum of 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

Business Operations


Providing support for ongoing business operations, presentations and reports Assisting in the coordination of meetings, events and workshops Collaborating with team members to help grow Catalyse Handling any other requests as deemed appropriate by the Managing Director
Content Creation and Research


Utilising advanced research skills to gather and synthesise complex information. Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas. Create visually appealing designs for a range of training and marketing materials. Ensure a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines. Utilising digital marketing tools/analytics to evaluate and improve company reach.

Skill Requirements

Strong interest in business development, business operations, research, and writing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Analytical skills for data research and meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Familiarity with various online platforms and applications is preferred. If not, candidates should have the drive to learn and explore these tools. Familiarity with Canva and digital marketing tools/analytics (desirable) Proficiency in graphic design, with a keen eye for visually compelling designs (desirable)
