Job Description

The Manufacturing Excellence (ME) intern will be involved in identifying production losses through Visual Line Loss Mapping (VLLM), driving digitalisation projects to improve work efficiency, and conducting mass balance and bottleneck studies for Protomalt, MILO, and SSP production lines. This hands-on role offers exposure to manufacturing processes, digital tools, and continuous improvement methodologies in a dynamic food production environment.

Job Requirements

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical skills Proactive learning attitude Interest in manufacturing and digitalisation are essential Familiarity with CI, TPM and digital tools is a plus * The candidate must be comfortable conducting on-site studies within production areas and eager to drive meaningful improvements
