About the Team:

As a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern/part-timer, your responsibilities include supporting the team on a variety of learning initiatives for all Singlifers. You will also be actively involved in planning and implementing L&D programmes. Your efforts will have a significant impact on the development and engagement experience of Singlifers. Focus of the Internship:

+ Support the L&D Partner in driving learning within the company + Curate and support in the design/ delivery relevant content for various employee groups across the businesses
+ Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of L&D initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support the design and implementation of learning initiatives which includes but not limited to organising workshops and coordinating with training vendor + Develop creative campaigns (incl. communication materials) to generate awareness and interest in learning initiatives
+ Work on data-driven initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives
+ Assist with the management of learning content on tech platforms (e.g. learning management systems

Key Learnings:

As part of the internship, you will gain hands-on experience to end-to-end L&D work from -identification of learning needs to the design, delivery and evaluation of L&D initiatives.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Undergraduate student in a business or social sciences related programme. Undergraduates in other disciplines with an interest in L&D are welcomed to apply.

+ Enjoys solving problems; able to critically analyze and use data to support decisions + Possesses strong communication and organizingskills
+ Works well in a team and is eager to learn
+ Has a discerning eye for details and quality focused
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Powerpoint, Forms and Excel) and other social learning and engagement applications
