You will assist the Leasing team with their day-to-day operations as well as provide support in post-Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) works / the re-opening of tenant businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the intended trade mix, including conducting market research and performing data collection
  • Perform cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries
  • Assist with leasing administrative work such as preparing presentation slides, and doing data entries and analysis
  • Assist with ad-hoc leasing matters with the post-AEI works
Requirements
  • Preferred studies in Real Estate or any other related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Basic Real Estate knowledge
  • Good with calculations is a plus
  • Keen interest in the Food and Beverage, Retail, or Entertainment industry
