You will assist the Leasing team with their day-to-day operations as well as provide support in post-Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) works / the re-opening of tenant businesses.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the intended trade mix, including conducting market research and performing data collection
- Perform cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries
- Assist with leasing administrative work such as preparing presentation slides, and doing data entries and analysis
- Assist with ad-hoc leasing matters with the post-AEI works
- Preferred studies in Real Estate or any other related disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Basic Real Estate knowledge
- Good with calculations is a plus
- Keen interest in the Food and Beverage, Retail, or Entertainment industry
