This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on challenges and are eager to gain exposure to legal and contractual arrangements and dealings of a multi-family office and fund management firm across multiple jurisdictions.Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute and assist in legal research, which may involve researching the applicable law and practice of Singapore and foreign jurisdictions.
• Prepare meeting notes/minutes and briefs on client matters and presentation decks.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team

Qualifications & Skills

• Undergraduate Law student (Year 2 and above only) with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Interested in tax, private client practice, financial services law or in the regulation of financial services entities.
• Prior internship experience in legal and/or financial work is beneficial.
• Able to commit for minimum 3 months
